Most prevailing question. Is yoga necessary in our day-to-day life? Well, if you are here, you might be in the same state of mind as I was months back. But don’t worry I think I have an answer to this question. Practicing yoga is considered a continuous process that results in strength, flexibility and mindfulness. If I were to define yoga, how would I?
